You are the expert on your own life.
I approach therapy as a partnership with you as the expert in your life and me as the guide with tools to identify and achieve your goals for therapy.
Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, we will make goals that make sense in your life, your cultural background, personal beliefs, and lived experiences. In session, I am warm, accepting, and open, and I have unconditional positive regard for my clients.
